Return & Exchange Policy

At Manmoo, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our shoes come with a 2-month replacement warranty, and returns or exchanges are allowed within 5 days of delivery to the customer. Exchange charges may apply.

Refund and Exchange are possible under the following circumstances:

  • The item(s) is/are damaged, faulty, or defective.
  • The item(s) do not match the original specifications or are not as per the order.
  • The size you ordered does not fit your feet for any reason.
    If the item is purchased through our website from other cities, it must be returned to us via courier. A replacement product will be dispatched once we receive the returned item. Please inform us via WhatsApp using the number provided on our website, and mention the fault when returning the product to ensure a smooth process.

Note: Exchange and refunds are not allowed for items purchased under promotions or discounts. However, exchange is allowed due to size issues, but shipping charges are not covered.
